To make a stereo amplifier with the parts you recorded, you'll have to follow a necessary schematic and design. Here is an improved manual to assist you with assemblage .


Component Overview:

1. NPN Transistor (Like 2SC5200 x 2 or similar)

2. Toroidal Coil x 2 ( 3A 60-100uh )

3. Resistor (Like 680 Ohm/2w x 2 or similar 1k)

4. Capacitor 470uf/25V

5. Potentiometer 100k x 2

6. Woofer x 2 ( 50 + 50w 8 Ohm )

7. Terminal Blog x 3

8. Aux Cable (3 wire)

9. Power Supply 12v 3A DC


Circuit Design:

The amplifier will comprise two of the same channels for sound system sound. Each channel will have a power amplifier step utilizing the 2SC5200 NPN transistor, and a volume control step utilizing the potentiometer.


Power Supply Connection:

Connect the positive terminal of the power supply to the both toroidal coil of the amplifier circuit and the negative terminal to the transistor emitter (ground).

 


Amplifier Circuit:

Place both 2SC5200 transistors on the heatsink for transistor heat control. Connect the both 2SC5200 transistors' 3rd pin (emitter). Connect both transistor midle pins (collector) out to the speaker's positive terminal. 


Resistor: Connect the 680 ohm resistor of the both transistor base and collector pin for the information signal. This resistor is there to restrict the current to the foundation of the transistor.


Capacitor: Connect a 470uF/25V capacitor between the audio input source and the base of the transistors. This capacitor blocks DC sound signals to direct the transistor's conductivity 


Speaker: Connect the output of the transistor emitter pin to the speaker's negetive terminal. Connect the positive terminal of the speaker to the toroidal coil.


Volume Control Stage:

Connect two potentiometers to both input signals. The middle terminal of the potentiometer will be the output. Connect the output of the potentiometer to the base of the transistor.


Repeat the above strides for the second channel to finish the sound system enhancer arrangement.


Toroidal Coils:

Assuming that you intend to utilize toroidal coils for separating or impedance coordinating, you can put them in the power supply area or between the enhancer stages and speakers.


Testing:

Prior to interfacing the speakers, ensure all associations are correct and the circuit is correctly composed . Continuously increase the input signal and check for any twists or unusual ways of behaving. Once checked , connect the speakers and test the enhancer with sound signals.


Make sure to play it safe while working with electronic circuits, particularly while managing high voltages and power supplies. Actually double-check all connections and attach a cooling fan to prevent overheating.
