Power Spot welding machine 1000 in One // I made it ( Simple Mode Homemade )

Making a spot welding machine utilizing a 555 IC clock trigger circuit and a microwave transformer power source is a practical choice for the individuals who weld metal pieces together. This Do-It-Yourself strategy can be a tomfoolery and instructive venture for those inspired by gadgets and welding.

Materials Needed:

1. Microwave Transformer (220V to 5V, 200A)

2. 555 Timer IC

3. BD139 Transistor

4. Diode 1N4007 x 2

5. Push-Button Switch

6. Relay (12V, 40A)

7. Capacitors: 10uF, 1uF/25V

8. LED (for indicating)

9. Spot Welding Pen

10. Resistors: 1k x 2, 10k x 2

11. Transistor BD139 (NPN or Similar)

Circuit Design and Assembly:

1. Power Supply:

Connect the primary winding of the microwave transferr to 220V an AC power source! Ensure that secondary winding provides 3V-30 Max at 200A, respectively.

2. Trigger Circuit:

555 Timer Circuit: Design the 555-Timmer IC in Astable Mode. Connect a 1k resistor between pins 7 (discharge) and 8 (voltage), and pin 6 short with pin 7, and a 10k resistor between pins 8 (VCC) along with 2 (Trigger). Connect a puch bottom with 10k to pin 2 (Trigger). Pin 1 (GND) should get linked to the Negative terminal, and pin 8 (Power) should get linked to the Positive terminal of the power supplier .

BD139 Transistor: Connect pin 3 of the 555 timmer to the bace of the BD139 transistor through a 1k resistor. Connect the emitter of the transistor to ground and the collector to the relay.

RELAY: Connect the relay contacts to control the primary winding of the microwave transformer. Associate one finish of the relay coil to the collector of the BD139 transistor and the opposite finish to VCC (12V).

3. Push-Button Switch and LED Indicator:

Connect a push button switch with a 10k resistor on 555 timmer pin 2 and connect the other terminal of the push button switch to the 12v (GND).

The LED functions as an indicator and illuminates when the puch button squeezes, enacting the trigger circuit. An arrangement frequently uses a switch that is moving, similar to a press button, to begin an activity or sign.

4. Spot Welding Pen:

Connect the secondary winding of the microwave transformer to the spot welding pen. Guarantee appropriate protection measures to deal with high flows.

Operation:

1. Apply capacity to the circuit by connecting it to a 12V power source.

2. Press the press button to enact the spot welding process.

3. Place the anodes of the spot welding pen on the materials to be welded and switch presses.

Safety Precautions:

. Be wary while managing high flows and voltages.

. Guarantee legitimate protection and wellbeing measures to forestall electric shocks.

. Test the circuit with low-power settings at first for appropriate working and security.

. Utilize fitting defensive stuff, like gloves and goggles, while working the spot welding machine.
